The problem
Without governance, agent output is a black box: the evidence, the approver, the cost and the path to reproduce it are all unknown.
The system
Tarva's runtime for agents working on real projects: a workflow engine with human gates, a quality pipeline, run manifests with timing and provenance, a truth registry and an approval inbox.
Outcome
Agent work arrives with its evidence, cost and approval record, so a person can see what a conclusion rests on and who signed off.
Proof
It is a working internal product, and Discovery Council and BXD run inside it.
Role
Tarva Project Room is Tarva's own product. Tarva architected and led its AI-assisted development and led information architecture, UX/UI, brand and design.
