Paint Executive

Seven systems consolidated into one field-service product.

The problem

Estimating, proposals, scheduling, field production, subcontractors, payments and customer communication each lived in a different system, and every hand-off lost time and information.

The system

An offline-first progressive web app with residential and commercial estimating, a production board, a subcontractor portal and a payments path gated by legal review.

Outcome

The painting business brings its operations into one beta product instead of seven separate systems: leads, estimates, e-signed proposals and deposits, scheduling, field work orders, subcontractors, change orders, invoices, payments and analytics.

Proof

The product is in beta with a real operating business, built offline-first as a progressive web app with a separate subcontractor portal.

Role

Tarva architected and led the AI-assisted development and led information architecture, UX/UI, brand, design and development. Paint Executive was built with OnDemand Painters, its first customer and co-producer; the owner partnered with us on product decisions and testing.
