Move the work across.

A composed board for walking a client from first inquiry to follow-up — four toned columns, draggable appointment cards, and a count on every lane, so the front desk reads the day at a glance and nudges each booking one step along.

KanbanBoard maps four KanbanColumn definitions, each with a tone header strip and a live count. renderCard draws a KanbanCard with its KanbanCardHandle; the lifted card carries a DragOverlay with the only accent on the page — its active drop ring.

When to reach for it

Reach for the board when work moves through a small set of named stages and the front desk needs to drag an item from one to the next — bookings ageing from inquiry to follow-up. When stages are fixed and nothing is dragged, a grouped Table or a stage Select reads cleaner.

Drag & drop

Columns are vertical sortable lists; a card is grabbed by its KanbanCardHandle. On drop, onDragEnd(itemId, from, to, index) fires once — the board stays controlled, so the column counts and the client record update together.
